This past week brought news that chocolate is healthful for the heart. Now there is news that chocolate milk is good for athletes as well.
Studies showed that drinking chocolate milk, instead of common sports drinks, improved the performance of bicyclists 49 and 54 percent.
One nutrient that chocolate milk contains that the sports drinks either don't have, or have less of, is calcium.
